Harvest Quilt Show Registration Information
Presented by CDMQG & QUILT Inc of Delmar
Saturday November 8 and Sunday November 9, 2025
Each quilter may submit up to four (4) general entries and one (1) show challenge entry. All pieces will be judged by our peer experts in each category. Registration forms must be submitted online through Sunday, August 31, 2025.
All quilts must be made by members of CDMQG or QUILT Inc of Delmar. Only quilts which have not been exhibited in prior guild shows may be registered.
REGISTRATION FORM NOTES:
PRIORITY NUMBER for displaying quilts: You will be asked to assign a priority number to each general entry (this is not necessary for challenge quilts). If too many quilt entries are received for display, the PRIORITY NUMBER, registration date, and size limitations will be used to select quilts.
QUILTS: A quilt consists of two or more layers that are joined together using a sewn or thread-tied method. All quilt edges must be appropriately finished, unless noted as an artistic choice by the quilter.
Maximum allowable quilt size is 108” wide x 108” tall.
Large Quilts are 60” x 60” and larger
Medium Quilts are smaller than 60” x 60”, and larger than 25” x 25”
Small Quilts are 25” x 25” and smaller

You will be asked to select the category in which you would like your quilt to be judged. We reserve the discretion to move a quilt to a more appropriate category or to add a category after quilts are submitted. In that case, the quilter/s will be notified of the change.
ONLINE QUILT SUBMISSIONS:
Please submit a separate online registration form for each item entered in the show.
Please upload a photo of the entire quilt to help the display committee plan for the show layout. Photo files must be labeled with the submitter’s name and quilt title. (For example: firstname-lastname_title.jpg)
All entries must be submitted online by Sunday, August 31, 2025.
ENTRY FEES:
The entry fee for each general quilt submission is $5.
Challenge quilt entries are free.
Please use the PayPal link provided on the online entry form to pay for your quilt submissions. You may pay with a credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.
You may pay for each quilt submission individually, or together in one transaction.
Full refunds will be issued for any quilt that is not accepted into the show.
DISPLAY CARD INFORMATION: (Guide for brief description) Please include the following information:
Design/pattern source — Original (must be a new creation and not a copy of a previous work). If a pattern is used, please list pattern information including magazine, book or workshop, project title and author/instructor.
Technique — Pieced by hand or machine; appliquéd by hand or machine; mixed media, such as embroidery, beading, stamping, etc.
Interesting details—You might describe your inspiration; why you made the quilt and/or for whom; anything unusual/interesting back, etc.
Special details (used for displaying in the Show)
Details entered as part of the questions on the registration form, do not need to be repeated in the 35 word description.
For challenge pieces, you will be asked only for the month or season you are representing.
LABELING, HANGING SLEEVES, DELIVERY, PICKUP:
Information about quilt labeling and individual entry numbers will be sent via email.
All quilts must have a 4” or 6” hanging sleeve securely sewn to the back of the quilt.
Quilts must be delivered in a fabric bag or pillowcase; one quilt per bag.
Required labels MUST be present on the bag AND on the quilt. We are unable to accept quilts delivered without these requirements.
Details for quilt delivery will be provided to you by your guild after registration is complete.
Quilt pickup will be at 4pm on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at the Blessed Sacrament School.
Quilt delivery receipts and pickup slips will be provided.
INSURANCE: Q.U.I.L.T., Inc. and C.D.M.Q.G. will do our very best to ensure the safe handling of your quilts. Security personnel will be available during the show and overnight around the building. Q.U.I.L.T., Inc. and C.D.M.Q.G. will not be insuring quilts for a monetary value. If you are concerned about insuring your quilts for their monetary value, please consult with your renters or homeowners insurance carrier.
